Overwhelming Sadness
I just can't shake the feeling of sadness on hearing the news last night, of the death of Steven Curtis Chapman's youngest daughter Maria Sue. As I laid in bed last night trying to get to sleep I kept thinking about Steven and Mary Beth, his lovely wife. The thought of what they are facing as a family is unfathomable. I spent a number of years involved in the Christian music industry. I met a lot of great people. But I've always said that Steven Curtis Chapman was just one of the nicest people I've ever met.
For those of you who don't know, the Chapman's adopted three little girls from China including Maria Sue, their youngest, only five years old.
Words fail me.
